Ceramic Colors:
Due to the nature of the ceramic colours, we cannot guarantee an exact match. Our ink is a mixture of crushed glass making up the pigments. Your colour swatch or PMS number will be used as a guide only to match as close as we possibly can. We can also match to a previously printed glass or mug. The colour of the item will further influence the colour of the imprint.

Precious Metals:
Metallic gold and silver are less durable than ceramic colours and should be hand washed. Not microwave or dishwasher safe.

Quality of Glass or Ceramics:
We only use top quality glassware or coffee mugs that can withstand the high temperatures that we need to decorate these products. Slight variations and tiny imperfections are not considered flaws and can occur within manufacturing conditions of the raw product. Most of the ceramics used for promotional use are a stoneware base and can have slight imperfections. Our bone china range has virtually no imperfections and gives a superior finish to any print; this range is only available in white.

Dishwasher Use:
All ceramic items are fired at a temperature that ensures dishwasher resistance. Note that gold and silver prints are not recommended for dishwasher use. Harsh detergents will remove any on-glaze Ceramic print. Prints on glassware are not recommended for dishwasher use. In general, the dishwasher chemicals used will have a major bearing on the longevity of the print.

Matte, Red & Orange Mugs:
Due to the nature of the pigment within the matte, red and orange glaze on the mugs, these mugs can only be fired at low temperature, therefore not recommended for dishwasher use.

Pre-Production Samples:
These can be done at $50.00 per piece plus set-up charges. In this case we set-up and only produce one sample. After this sample is approved, we then commit to a delivery date & commence all production for the full order quantity. Please allow lead time for both processes.

Over-Runs/Under-Runs:
Due to the nature of firing process, a shipment quantity within 5% of an order is considered complete. You will be invoiced for the quantity shipped. Please note on your purchase order if the exact quantity is required. Orders must be placed in multiples of carton quantities.

Lead Times:
Normal production time for most ceramic and glass printing is 10 to 15 working days from approval of artwork from our factory. These times can vary according to the quantity of the order and how much work is in our production and the season, in all cases we will work with you to get your order delivered on time.
MUST DATES: Please assist by giving the actual date if you have a function, we will strive to meet this date.

Freight:
Freight is charged at cost and all products from our factory are inspected and signed for by the carrier. Breakages are not covered by us once leaving the factory.
