POSTAGE RATE - BULK ITEMS:

Please refer to the order form for the postage rates for your select item.

When ording any of the bulk items under the postage section you will need to select the unit amounts for the correct postage price and it will be added to your shopping cart as a seperate item.

 

POSTAGE RATE TIMEFRAMES:

Your order will be shipped within our standard lead time of 10 business days (up to 4 weeks in peek periods for photo gifts) from the date you approve the design and your payment has cleared.

Delivery time is then additional, usually with 3-5 business days, but please allow up to 10 as Australia Post can be slow at times.

We post using registered mail, so your order will have a tracking number, but we will not be held accountable for any delays that are beyond our control as we cannot control Australia Post once the item is handed over to them.

Express Post is available for an additonal fee and Australia Post guarantee delivery is within 1-3 business days depending on your location from date of shipping.

Order of bulk items over 50 we use a courier serivce for delivery.
